We are a young couple without children looking to rent out our spare room. The room will be furnished with a bed, desk, TV, and wardrobe. The house is very spacious, with a kitchen, living room, study, two bathrooms, a double garage, and a garden. It is located just a 1-minute walk from the bus stop that takes you to the center of Padua in 20 minutes, and all essential services (post office, supermarket, pharmacy, library, etc.) are within walking distance. We would preferably like to rent the room to international students, as we’d love the opportunity to practice our English and, at the same time, bring some life into the house...
